International Partners
Partner with IBTCI (International consulting firm based in Washington, USA) implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Programm of USAID and DFID funds programs in Somalia and providing technical analysis of different topics. ADS was selected and contracted since 2012 to carry out Third Party Monitoring of projects funded by USAID and DFID including construction of infrastructure (offices and roads), capacity building of different community and authority categories, supply of equipment and materials, capacity building of different objectives and sizes, etc taking place in different regions of Puntland. Monitoring of over 350 projects/activities was completed so far.
Partner with Intermedia Development Consultants (IDC) in Third Part Monitoring, Socioeconomic and Socio-political Situation Analysis in Puntland, South Central Somalia and Somaliland. Deploying consultants to different sites in South Central, Puntland and Somaliland.
Partner of Coffey International Development (an international consulting and research organization). ADS carry out Third Party Monitoring in Puntland, Somaliland and South Central Somalia.

We have been tasked by UNICEF/PSAWEN to carry out Capacity Needs Assessment for Puntland State Agency for Water and Energy (PSAWEN) and Ministry of Health (MoH)

Prepared and facilitated Child Protection (including Psychosocial Care and Support) and organizational leadership for local organizations and school management.
Support Ministry of Interior on dissemination and implementation of IDP policy recently passed by Puntland Executive and Parliament which was supported by UNHCR
Training and data collection oversight on Girls Education Challenge baseline survey for all Somalia under the contract of Relief International and supervision of Social Impact (a research firm based in Washington DC, USA). Trained and supervised a team of 90 (ninety) supervisors and enumerator in South Central (Mogadishu and Galmudug), Puntland (Bari, Mudug and Nugal regions) as well as Somaliland (Hargeisa, Sahil and Awdal regions).
Recently conducted Real Estate Market Analysis in Garowe for Investment Department of Salaam Banka Puntland
Developing of 3 years Education Strategic Plans for 20 Puntland districts under the funding of Diakonia (Sweden) and in collaboration and supervision of the Puntland Ministry of Education (4 months project)
Our consultant was outsourced by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation of Puntland State of Somalia to conduct training on population data collection and supervision for Puntland Population Estimate Survey (PES). The activity was funded and led UNFPA.
Active member of Task Force delegated by the Ministry of Health to develop Health Sector Strategic Plan (2013-2016-HSSP) including Operational Plan, Indicators, Costing, etc,
Conducted final evaluation of partnership between WFP and the Ministry of Health (Puntland),
Our consultant was outsourced by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation of Puntland State of Somalia to participate preparation of Puntland 5 years Strategic Plan
